With over 28 years of experience in the real estate industry and 21 of the years being licensed as an agent and/or Broker in the state of Missouri and Kansas, I have the expertise you need!

I pride myself in being personable and persistent. I have the knowledge to assist in several different transactions with some needing special assistance. 

I specialize in handling non-traditional transactions in which properties have been involved in foreclosure, tax suits, and other situations. I have experience dealing with HUD and other entities such as Land Bank and homes that are purchased at the tax auction on the Courthouse steps. This has allowed me to set myself apart from others and use my experience, expertise and resources to assist others in getting transactions completed when others feel they were impossible. When others give up I keep pushing to get your deal done.

I have personal experience in purchasing residential and commercial property from condos to homes to buildings and businesses for myself and would love to assist you in doing the same.

Tiffany was born and raised in Kansas City, MO. She attended Park University and holds a Human Resource Management degree and has a Minor in Business. Tiffany is a seasoned realtor with over 23 years of dedicated service working w/ both buyers and sellers. In addition to assisting buyers and sellers with the home search or selling process, Tiffany's over 15 years in the Credit/Mortgage industry allows her to provide knowledge and expertise to clients when it comes to credit counseling and monitoring.

Tiffany takes pride in being proactive in educating ALL clients upfront on the full home buying and selling process and makes sure she has educated her clients before moving forward. Tiffany will work with the title companies, Lenders and stay in contact with all parties involved from start to finish. This consist of ensuring title is clear, doing what it takes to close on time and addressing all issues as they arise.

When Tiffany is not assisting Clients she enjoys traveling, spending time w/family and participating in various arts and craft projects.

Lisa is a Kansas City, MO hometown professional with longtime family roots expanding 100 plus years. As a Kansas City native her life specialties include Marketing as a sales representative, Education as a teacher, small business owner for Missouri Children’s Division, Notary Public Signing and Title Agent, Exterior Properties Real Estate Photography.

Lisa recently obtained her license as a real estate agent and with her life specialties background, she brings a wealth of experience to our team.

Lisa holds a Park University bachelor’s degree in marketing, a Fort Hays State University master’s degree in special education, and with Arkansas State University coursework in Special Education Leadership.

Lisa’s business licenses consist of notary commission, title producer agent, and real estate agent.

Lisa is a United States Army Veteran and enjoys spending time with her large immediate and extended family.
